Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For users under 18, parental consent is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

User Content & Uploads
When you upload tracks or beats to BBOY BEATS, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant BBOY BEATS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within our platform services.
You represent that you own all rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed via our secure third-party processor. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Digital downloads and active subscription periods are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital intellectual property.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
